API.COM.03 Event Notification

The notify endpoint is to be implemented at the SP system end to receive event data.

Note: As per the current definition we assume that event data will be sent on the REST endpoint/notify ( CRVS -> SP system). There are different approaches to achieving event notification like message queuing etc.
