# CD.DR.02 ImpairmentLevel/Functional LimitationsLevel

This code directory lists various levels of severity associated with each type of impairments and/or functional limitation listed in [CD.DR.01 ImpairmentType/Functional LimitationType](/standards/dci-standards/wip-disability-registry/disability-registry-and-sp-systems-interface/1.-crvs/data/code-directory/cd.dr.01-impairmenttype-functional-limitationtype.md). It serves as a guide for interoperability between disability and SP-MISs. The scale and level of severity of impairment can vary between countries depending on the legal framework and disability certification related regulations. The scale suggested here is drawn from the ICF check list and the WG sets of questions.

**ICF Check List**

<table><thead><tr><th width="97">No.</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>1</td><td>No impairment or difficulty</td></tr><tr><td>2 </td><td>Mild impairment or difficulty</td></tr><tr><td>3</td><td>Moderate impairment or difficulty</td></tr><tr><td>4</td><td>Severe impairment or difficulty</td></tr><tr><td>5</td><td>Complete impairment or difficulty</td></tr></tbody></table>

Alternative, refer to the **WG sets of questions** listed in this code directory [CD.COM.11: functional\_limitations\_level](/standards/standards-for-interoperability-interfaces/common-standards-for-interoperability-interfaces/data/code-directory/cd.com.11-functional_limitations_level.md)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://standards.spdci.org/standards/dci-standards/wip-disability-registry/disability-registry-and-sp-systems-interface/1.-crvs/data/code-directory/cd.dr.02-impairmentlevel-functional-limitationslevel.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
