This process outlines how to access and verify a specific farmer’s details using their ID or UIN. The Farmer Child Scholarship Programme is a targeted social assistance initiative aimed at supporting the educational needs of children from farming families. By providing scholarships, the programme helps ensure that children from eligible farming households have access to quality education, regardless of their family's financial situation.
The programme involves a coordinated feed between the SP system and the FR to identify and validate eligible beneficiaries. The SP system provides information on the socio-economic status of the farming families, while the FR confirms the farmer’s identity, land ownership, and involvement in agriculture.
The scheme, part of the social assistance policy, provides financial support to the children of farmers, enabling them to access quality education and improve their future prospects.
