PRS.FR.02: SP-System connect to the Farmer Registry to confirm eligibility

This use case relates to the assess and enroll stage of the social protection delivery chain. It’s purpose is for SR to verify the status of the potential beneficiary before enrolment into SP programs. In this case SP-System needs to query the FR to verify their current status.

The request to share the status will be initiated by SP-System (possibly alongside requests to other registries) to verify eligibility. This could be a request for an individual member, or it could be a bulk request for a batch of potential beneficiaries.

For data minimization purposes the use case can request to confirm only if a potential beneficiary satisfies a certain criteria. The FR will return a yes or no response only.
