This use case relates to the manage stage of the . Its purpose is for the SP-MIS to provide information to the IBR on which benefits have been provided to which beneficiaries as part of its programme cycle. The beneficiary may be an individual or a household.

The trigger to publish data to the IBR is the provision of benefits by the scheme as part of its delivery cycle. Depending on the scheme, this could be on a monthly, quarterly or other basis, or it could be ad hoc. The type of benefit provided could be cash, vouchers, training, work opportunities, insurance or in-kind benefits. The unit receiving the benefit could be an individual or a household. The data is transferred as a batch for all beneficiaries receiving benefits at that time. The IBR will confirm receipt of the data.

Please refer to the sub-pages for descriptions that illustrate this generic use case using examples from common social protection schemes.
