  • Systems in place to verify the accuracy of data from both the SP-System and Farmer Registry, ensuring that eligibility for scholarships is correctly assessed.

Application Platform:

  • A secure and user-friendly application platform for farmers to apply for scholarships, which can be online or offline depending on the target demographic.

Child’s ID, Guardian ID.

Process Flow Steps

  1. Child / Guardian apply to enroll for the scholarship program

    1. SP-System request to enter:

      1. Child ID

      2. Guardian ID

  2. SP-System authenticate both IDs from UIN system

    1. if both IDs are valid the process continue, otherwise it stops.

  3. SP-System gets child information and guardian information from social registry

    1. SP-System send a query with both IDs to get the information about family status

  4. SP-System connect with farmers registry

    1. SP-System connect with live feed to get farmers information and get the guardian farmer details to check if child is eligible.

  5. SP-System connect with student registry

    1. SP-System connect to student registry to verify the child is actually is student and enrolled.

  6. SP-System process information and confirm enrollment in scholarship

  7. SP-System connect to payment system to process disbursement

  8. SP-System gets disbursement status and update records

  9. Banks receive request and process payment

Control Points

A control point is set at SP-System when receiving the farmer details from the Social Registry. If farmers and child details are valid and match scholarship criteria the process continues. If not, the request may be terminated.
