This process illustrates how a beneficiary enroll into SP-system programs using credentials (biometrics, face dedication) and ID card.

Assumptions
The process assumes seamless integration between the ID system and SP system, enabling the efficient sharing of data, eligibility checks.
Prerequisites
Established and comprehensive ID system: A well-maintained and up-to-date ID system is essential. This registry should include accurate data on the identity of the applicant, Name, birth date and gender. The registry should be digitised and integrated with the SP system.
Effective integration with SP system: The SP-MIS must be fully operational and integrated with the ID system. This will allow for data sharing and coordination between different social protection programmes, ensuring that eligible beneficiaries can be quickly identified and assisted.
Data collection tools, having fingerprinting machine or face recognition or QR code scanner to be able to authenticate applicants.
Process Inputs
SP system collect user credentials and send them to ID system.
Process Flow Steps
Step 1: SP system requests biometrics / id card.
Step 2: SP system connect to ID system and share credentials.
Step 3: ID system send OTP to user to confirm.
Step 4: ID system send required information to the SP system ( Name, Gender, Birthdate)
Step 5: SP system confirm there is no deduplication record for this beneficiary and confirm the registration.
