# Process

The process pages describe generic use cases on interoperability between SP systems and Identification system. 

The first use case describes how the SP system can query the Identification system to fetch Know Your Customer (KYC) data for enrollment 

The second use case describes how the SP system can verify user identity through the identification system online to provide benefits.

The third use case describes how the SP system can verify user identity through verifiable credentials to enroll or provide benefits especially in offline situations.
