PRS.EMP.04: Program Updates for Case Management
The aim of the PRS.EMP.04: Program Updates for Case Management synchronizing program beneficiaries data between systems to reflect updates such as changes in program enrolment status, employment status, or beneficiary status (e.g., reported as deceased). By maintaining up-to-date records, the process supports the coordination, accessibility, and targeting of social benefits and employment support.
Automatic "Pull" Updates: Systems subscribe to other systems to receive notifications of any changes in beneficiary records.
Case Manager "Push" Updates: Case workers send any updates to the beneficiary records directly to the system.
Beneficiary-Led Updates (On-Demand): Beneficiaries update their records themselves through self-service portals.
This process can be implemented independently or as a step within processes PRS.EMP.01: Referral of Social Protection Program Beneficiaries to Employment Support Programs and PRS.EMP.02: Referral of Employment Support Programs Applicants to Social Assistance Programs.
